This is a unique opportunity to be a part of Uber's growing Marketing team. With this role, you'll have the opportunity to join a small team with an ability to make a big impact.

As an essential member of Uber Pakistan’s Marketing team, you will own Uber's marketing strategy to fuel business growth, connect our customers with the magic of the Uber platform, and ensure that the Uber brand is understood, trusted and loved. The right person will be comfortable taking initiative, solving problems and will thrive in a fast-paced and growing environment where cross-functional collaboration is paramount and insight-driven work is appreciated.

What You’ll Do
  • Insight led Strategy: Build our marketing strategy around customer insights, drawing inspiration and data from varied sources and integrating them creatively
  • Opportunity Identification: Quantify everything you do by leveraging data, conducting analysis and experimentation to identify highest value opportunities for communication channels to users and driver partners
  • Campaign Planning & Prioritization: Structure communications in a milestone- vs. time-based fashion, meaning that this is less about a plug-and-play communications strategy and more about targeted outreach based on need and opportunity
  • New Communication Channels: Help develop channel efficiency and effectiveness for our campaigns to maximize impact and growth
  • Identify strategic areas to grow the Uber brand and build awareness in our cities
  • Informing Promotional Spend Decisions: Act as a thought partner to the Head of Marketing and General Manager concerning decisions on how to best deploy the promotion budget in order to accelerate market penetration

What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communication
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, user analytics, and/or consulting experience in a fast paced environment is expected
  • Experience creating agency briefs and business cases
  • Experience making data-driven strategic marketing decisions using funnel tracking and other analytical tools
  • An eye for design, strong written communication skills (English and Urdu) and ability to craft a brand voice
