Job Summary
  • Be the voice of the Brand in South Asia Category team and in feeding issues on brands/category;
  • Lead all category growth agendas for the Brand in Pakistan;
  • Work closely with regional and global teams to align local mix with Global Teams
  • Lead the Brands in Innovation project meetings held in the year.
  • Translate Category Strategy into a National Category Building Plan;
  • Lead the local category team through brand building process, delivery and performance monitoring;
  • Define and deliver brand strategy in terms of product innovation and communication;
  • Develop a long-term innovation and communication road map
  • Agree on Category jobs to be done with all internal stakeholders and monitor progress versus plan;
  • Responsible for category at country level including profitability, communication, launch management, channel strategy and pricing;
Coach Assistant Brand Managers in Brand Building skills and competencies so they can adequately evaluate, develop and deliver brand and customer plans.
Key Requirements
  • The candidate should be well versed with:

    • Marketing Strategies
    • Channel and Customer Marketing Development
    • Brand Activation
  • Proven ability to build superior talent; work in a team and should be able to demonstrate problem solving and negotiation skills
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry
