TIP is based on our comprehensive range of products, systems, and solutions for low, medium and high voltage, rounded out by our support throughout the entire lifecycle – from planning with our own software tools to installation, operation, and services.

Where will I be working?

Siemens Pakistan’ Energy Management Customer Service division is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as an experienced Electrical Site Manager. You will be responsible for all site related matters, including the site operation, internal and external relationship management and ensure site delivery.

Main Task And Responsibilities
  • Understanding the scope of delivery and solutions for the task area within the project, and taking other related areas into account.
  • Manage the site operation function to ensure the effective delivery of the works as per schedule.
  • First point of contact at site for owner / engineer, project team and subcontractors.
  • Develop relationships with relevant members of the customer’s organization to support the site management process.
  • Ensure with Project Manager the allocation of necessary installation resources to fully meet the requirements of the project scope and program.
  • Manage and provide a structured environment for site project execution and submit comprehensive work programs to parties involved.
  • Coordinate the administration of delivered material and submit related documents to Project Manager / Logistic for invoicing.
  • Ensure with Project Manager the allocation of necessary test equipment, tools and instruments to meet the site program requirements.
  • Coordinate with Project Manager and Customer for technical clarifications. Arrange and attend regular site meetings with parties involved.
  • Assure strict compliance to company's and customer's EHS policy and requirement
  • Ensure at all times that all sites are operating in line with the QA procedures, statutory, regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure good coordination with the Project Management team.
  • Provide structured input for the required information for project review. Dialogue with Project Team to communicate ‘Best practice sharing’ and ‘Lessons learnt’.
  • Documenting and updating all required reports on regular basis
  • Latest revision of the documents should be available at any point of use.
  • Ensuring quality on the site including Nonconformance Reports (NCR)
  • Abide by and comply with the Siemens Compliance and Business Conduct Guidelines.
  • Always work and act as team player and constant sense of mutual support
