Job Description


Purpose of the position is to provide support to the regional teams in terms of corporate business acquisition, while maintaining the profit margins set by the Management and Ensure the overall Business Segment Performance and Revenue Growth.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and maintain Segment business plan: Development of tactical plan to align overall business strategy with on ground channels. Managing Profit and Loss of the SME, Corporate, SOHO & M2M business. Ensuring that the GA, Net Add and market / revenue share targets are delivered upon without any compromise on churn and ARPU levels. Development of tactical plan to align overall business strategy with on ground teams. The candidate must be aware of the latest trends in the Telecom industry.

     

 

 

 

  • Product Development: Working on commercial development of current and future products, services and processes on the SME / Corporate, SOHO & M2M roadmap. Analysis of customer trends and devising products / campaigns to achieve all KPI. Experience of Fixed services, Enterprise solutions product development is must. Experience of GSM Product development will be added advantage.

 

  • Segment Performance Management: Monitor and report segment performance and status according to standard reporting procedure. Timely Reporting of all business segment KPI’s to Top management and business stake holders.

 

  • Campaign Design & Management: Creating and managing campaigns for the segment to derive the customer behavior towards higher consumptions and better experience. Development / Execution of BTL marketing campaign for respective business segments.

 

  • Product Analysis & Improvement: Conduct thorough product analysis through internal and external feedback and create business cases with cost benefit analysis for product improvement. Monitor product life cycle and propose refinement (pricing, customer support, channel etc). Responsible for developing, implementing all elements of marketing mix of products assigned. Aligning product attributes with internal available resources and building additional resources/ processes as needed, to make the products successful.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

 

Education:

  • Masters’ Degree/MBA

 

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 5 Years of working experience in segments, postpaid pricing & Planning.
