The Planning, Logistics and Customer Relationship Manager is a key member of the Plant leadership team, responsible for Planning, Transportation & Logistics, In-bound and Out-bound, Warehouse, Inventory Analysis, BCP, and Customer Relationship activities to ensure continuity of supply.
  • Lead the Planning processes in compliance with the TCCC’s requirements and SCE standards, to guarantee the timely supply of products to customers. The main processes are: upply Planning Processes, Production Planning, Inventory Management, MRB, MRP, support Master Data and NP tactical planning.
  • Lead and develop the whole team assuring a safe place to work and a healthy environment in order to fulfil current and future Business needs. Defining objectives, assigning responsibilities and guiding all to execute with excellence in all areas. Guarantee the right capabilities and resources are in place for a timely and quality operation.
  • Manage resources to support material and production planning together with Operations area.
  • Responsible for all inbound activities such as import, customs clearance and transportation; while also ensuring export activities, including shipping of finished goods to the bottling plants happens On Time and In Full all the time.
  • Lead the local BCP process in coordination with CPS and the BUs when necessary.
  • Represent CPS at Business Unit and Bottler System in the local region, acting as the key contact point in order to enable Supply Chain solutions, execution of the monthly ES&OP meeting and CPFR process with Bottlers when required.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with the local BU / Franchise Units and Bottlers on behalf of CPS. Convey the voice of the stakeholders across CPS Organization assuring continuity of supply, with emphasis on the BU local supply point.
  • Manage the logistics activities related to warehousing especially those related to receiving, warehousing, shipping, production requirements and inventory control.
  • Make sure all processes comply with Company norms and are executed in high standards as well as driving value creation, productivity and constant process optimization.
  • Support the Plant General Manager with technical expertise in the area and strategic thinking for mid and long term planning.
This role is responsible to ensure there is a current monthly Master Production Plan and a weekly Production Schedule which includes setting up the overall production priorities to meet customer demand, forecasts, finished goods inventory and production line efficiency goals.
This role oversees inventory analysis ensuring proper inventory levels and managing inventory at risk while also ensuring the plant has an update Business Continuity program. This role is the key strategic interface to BU's/Bottlers/Plant functions and Shared Services.
  • Ensure there is an established master plan and weekly production schedule which converts immediate and future demand (forecast, customer orders, customer schedules, commercialization timeline, etc.) into a feasible production plan to ensure matched sets of resources (e.g. materials, man power, equipment capacity, etc.) are available to meet the needs of customers in a cost-effective and production efficient manner.
  • Lead the Monthly Sales & Operations Planning review meeting, highlighting critical business issues and bottlenecks that may potentially impact the achievement of the Master Plan and overall plant objectives.
  • Provide business strategy recommendations to ensure cost-efficient means of multimodal transportation. Collaborate with 3rd Party Logistics partners on all import and export related activities (e.g. customs clearance, transportation in and out of the plant, etc.).
  • Define and drive towards optimal plant inventory levels for Raw Materials and Finished, taking into consideration complexities in volume, product portfolio, shelf-life and mandated stock levels; while minimize inventory at risk and inventory write-off’s through a solid MRB process.
  • Supervise all warehouse and storage related activities, within and outside of the plant.
  • Define and implement Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Enterprise Risk Management to ensure there are well developed and tested plans and solutions in place. Ensure that contingency supply points have all the necessary information (labels, formulas) required for the activation of contingency procedures whenever required
  • Measure E2E supply chain key metrics performance vs. goals on a regular basis and present strategies for improvement and sustainability. Drive year on year productivity improvements and optimization projects with stakeholders (BU's, Bottlers, SS, Plant).
  • Manage all customer relationship activities and act as the key strategic interface to E2E business partners including BUs/Bottlers/Plant functions and Shared Services. Collaborate with Shared Services, Global and other KO teams ensuring alignment on strategies, processes and responsibilities in managing day to day in addition to business strategic changes and requirements. Build and maintain strategic engagement routines (e.g. S&OP process) and effective communication with BU and Bottlers (including BCP/SPS aspects). Coordinate and manage BU/FU/Bottlers requirements, issues resolution up/down in collaboration and align with Shared Services and Plant to ensure fast responses, effective & sustainable solutions for the system.

Qualification And Education Requirements
  • 10+ years in Supply chain and operational leadership roles in manufacturing operations in food, pharmaceutical or chemical industry
  • 10+ years People Management experience
  • Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration degree
  • Shared Services experience is an added advantage
  • APICs or equivalent certification preferred
