The position of Senior Key Account Manager (Enterprise Sales) is based in Lahore. This position would be responsible for tapping and bringing on board high profile Corporate / SME (Small Medium Enterprises) clients and Government organizations. The position would be required to evaluate customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions. It would also be responsible for retaining onboard accounts, and provide after sales services for a specific time period.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the assigned revenue targets through voice/solution selling
  • Improve customer satisfaction level by providing good after sales service; Also generate high-quality references through existing customers
  • Visit new corporate clients and maintain high-quality prospect list; Stay abreast of corporate segments and their potential business requirements
  • Provide reports, as and when, required by management

Education Requirement:

Minimum BBA; MBA would be preferable

Experience Required:

2 to 4 years relevant experience

  • Good presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT/System understanding
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of enterprise solution selling
