•    Ensure that a complete handover is taken toward the start of their work day.

•    Compile and convey every required report for the movement. 

•    Ensure all officers are signing on and touching base for the movements assigned to them. 

•    Ensure that all check rings are taken after, and reverse check calls where required. 

•    Liaise with the operations group on every applicable matter all through the movement. 

•    Keep the Duty Manager (Central Ops Manager) and other operational administration redesigned on occasion determined. 

•    Monitor the officers time keeping and nonappearance from work reports. 

•    Obtain reports where required from officers nearby and guarantee every applicable step are brought concerning the way of the report. 

•    Allocate caution checking reactions to the right portable officer. Likewise to keep an exact log of such call outs.
